Shipping and Return Policy for Clover and Oaks LLC
Order Processing and Production
- Order Processing: All orders begin production one hour after being placed. Production times exclude weekends and holidays.
- Production Delays: While uncommon, delays can occur. Clover and Oaks LLC reserves the right to upgrade shipping free of charge for orders delayed in production.
Cancellations and Order Changes
- On-Demand Printing: All orders are printed on demand based on customer choices. Once an order enters production, it cannot be changed, modified, or canceled.
Shipping Information
- Shipping Regions: Orders ship from the USA to addresses in the United States and Canada.
- Customs Duties and Fees: Clover and Oaks LLC is not responsible for customs duties, fees, losses, or any other costs incurred during shipping.

Shipping Time: Shipping times begin once the order leaves production:
- United States: 5-10 business days
- Canada: Up to 14 business days
- Exclusions: These timeframes do not include weekends and public, federal, state, and bank holidays.
Shipping Issues and Lost Orders
- Carrier Delays: If your order is delayed beyond the listed shipping times, please follow up with the freight carrier.

Lost Orders: An order is considered lost if:
- The tracking page shows no updates for at least 10 business days from the estimated delivery date.
- The tracking page shows no updates for at least 10 business days from the last day of the estimated shipping period.
- The freight carrier confirms in writing that the item is lost.
- Refunds and Replacements: Clover and Oaks LLC may offer a full refund or replacement order free of charge for lost orders. We reserve the right to investigate refunds for shipments marked as "undeliverable," "return to sender," or similar.
Delivered but Not Found Orders

Missing Orders: If an order is marked as delivered but cannot be found, please:
- Contact the freight carrier.
- Search the premises thoroughly.
- Reach out to our customer service team.
- Investigation: We reserve the right to refund or replace the order based on investigation findings.
Incorrect Shipping Information
- Customer Responsibility: Clover and Oaks LLC is not responsible for incorrect shipping details entered during checkout. Shipping labels are generated based on the exact information provided by the customer.
Manufacturing or Printing Errors / Damage
- Product Issues: In the rare event of manufacturing errors, printing issues, product damage, or delivery of an incorrect product, Clover and Oaks LLC may offer a refund or replacement order free of charge.
- Eligibility: To be eligible, provide photographic evidence and a written summary of the issue within 30 days of delivery.
- Review Process: Our customer service team will review the evidence to determine eligibility.
- Replacements: If a replacement is approved, do not send back the original order. You may recycle, donate, or keep the damaged items.
Unique Product Orders
- Custom Products: Each notebook is made to order based on unique combinations of title, cover color, inside page, and binding type. Refunds or replacement orders cannot be issued for changes of mind on products in production, in transit, or delivered.
